At BOOGS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Returns
BOOGS accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear
- Include its original packaging when applicable
- Wrong sizing
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
BOOGS does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, you may return your eligible item and place a new order for the desired size, subject to availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact BOOGS within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the issue
If the issue is confirmed, BOOGS may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, BOOGS will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your payment provider to make the funds available.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by BOOGS or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the issue was caused by BOOGS.
